Cerro Tronador and Ventisquero Negro: a complete journey through the heart of Patagonia

An adventure through one of the most majestic sceneries in the Patagonian Andes.

This outing proposes to explore one of the most impressive places in the Nahuel Huapi National Park. The Cerro Tronador, The Patagonia, with its permanent snow and active glaciers, is a symbol of the Argentine Patagonia and one of the most attractive places if you are looking for intense landscapes and outdoor experiences.

The tour starts at selected points in Bariloche (between downtown and km 8 of Bustillo Av. or Pioneros Av.) following the route next to the Gutierrez and Mascardi lakes. During the tour, stops are made to take pictures in places like Black Beach and the Heart Island viewpoint, and a stop at Los Rápidos campsite.

The walk continues to the Black Snowdrift, An active glacier that descends from the summit of Cerro Tronador. From this site you will appreciate the unique contrasts between the dark glacier and the snow-capped peaks. At Pampa Linda, You will have free time to have lunch at the inns and take advantage of the surroundings.

The excursion runs from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm approximately, and includes transfers, Spanish speaking guide and key stops to get to know this natural environment in depth. It does not include lunch or access to the National Park, which is paid separately.
